Went for brunch at Alicis, staff were really friendly, atmosphere was nicely decorated and the food I had was delicious. I had the English twist and a side of hot chocolate. Though it was a good experience at the restaurant, I wish there were more choices of breakfast available on the menu
Excellent restaurant. High quality food at good prices.
The turkey sausage and turkey bacon are high quality.
It is fine dining so service charge 10% is added on top of your final bill. Staff are very friendly and attentive.
Berkan really took care of us.
Atmosphere is lovely. Really modern decor. I visited here today(British summer) and they open up the roof vents which makes the atmosphere very fresh.
Highly recommend this place. Definitely want to come back soon.
Looking at all of this delicious food makes me want to eat it/go again 😭
We got the Serpme Kahvalti which is a brunch platter shared between two & the shakshuka on the side with strawberry 🍓 lemonade & virgin unique mocktails 🍹.
The Serpme Kahvalti includes scrambled eggs, cheese platter, fruits (cucumber, cherry tomatoes, watermelon 🍉 & grapes 🍇), halloumi, sucuk, mushrooms, chips, variations of salami and it came with assorted jams.
There was strawberry jam, fig jam, cherry jam, honey & butter, olives, Nutella and many more. They gave sooo many different kinds of bread, for example, bread with melted cheese, sesame bread and many more, alongside sigara boregi & refillable Turkish tea.
Everything was so delicious and exquisite. It was all cooked perfectly and the balance of flavours was so wonderful especially in the shakshuka. I thoroughly enjoyed the bread with the jams. It was lovely, unique, tasty and right up my street. The fruits and the cheese platter were really fresh. It balanced out the savoury food really well. I wasn't a big fan of the scrambled eggs as it could've had more seasoning but I loved the sigara boregi because it was cheesy and divine.
The refillable Turkish tea was a small surprise as I've never had it with breakfast but it was the perfect accompaniment. The mocktails were amazing 😍 esp the unique divine. This consists of frozen pineapple 🍍, double cream and blue curaco-coconut syrup.
The presentation of the drinks are insane and I would definitely come back for the breakfast.
I had a great brunch here. The restaurant itself has a beautiful bright, modern floral theme without a single velvet chair in sight! Very good service, food and drinks arrived fast and the food was impressive. Worth the extra few quid because you get a great dining experience.
The bread is the highlight for me. Freshly baked daily they said. So good I'll be coming back just for that.
Had a lovely breakfast with the girls, service was spot on. We were seated immediately and Gokun our waiter was very accommodating with changes to menu, very helpful and nice.
Party of 6
1st comment by the waiter is that they'll only accept one card payment and rest is cash!
FORCED US to by more food when one of our guests wasn't very hungry and only wanted a Tea..
Then the extra forced food comes 15 minutes later then all of the other food. Saying you NEED to order more food, one meal per person
No bread, reminded waiter.
After some of us finsihed waiter hanging around asking if their anything else. Place was empty but felt rushed.
Rude waiter asked for a tip on top of service charge.
No physical menu!
Over rated.
They just put every thing on a separate plate to make the platter look bigger.
One plate for mushrooms, tomatoes etc
Avoid.
First visit, visited here for brunch it was a beautiful experience. I'll be back. We were back like I said. The dish was amazing once again.
Here again for Mother's Day with my mother and sister 💕 same dish, Breakfast platter}, as tasty as the other two times. Staff is so pleasant and helpful.
Popped in today for dinner, as I've never had dinner here before. We arrived 25 minutes early before the 5pm dinner menu. The young lady was happy for us to come in and order a drink in order to wait for the kitchen to prepare for the evening shift. We ordered a starter, then went on to order our mains. Nice meal brilliant company, great service.
I ordered the English twist on UberEats and it was lovely. I especially loved the packaging they used, the separate sections made sure that the sweet and savoury do not mix. It was so easy, I didn’t have to use my own plate. 10/10.
The pancakes in the breakfast where fluffy and tasted so good with the syrup.
The fresh orange juice was the perfect drink for this meal, it paired so nicely with the breakfast and was so refreshing.
The only thing I would say is that the main meal, sausages, beans and turkey bacon where a little bland so I would add some salt. Other than that, I was really happy with the order!
